Job summary

Ifolor AG is seeking a CRM & Social Media Manager to lead customer communications across the Nordic region, with a special emphasis on Finland. You will drive CRM operations, newsletters, and social campaigns in collaboration with marketing, design, and analytics teams to deliver authentic, market-aware content.

You will test campaigns, translate content for Nordic markets, manage influencer partnerships, and measure performance to strengthen ifolor's voice across the region.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in setting up and testing email campaigns in a CRM/marketing automation platform, ideally Braze.
• Excellent attention to detail and structured way of working.
• Proven experience in social media management, influencer marketing, and campaign coordination.
• Strong content creation and storytelling skills with a good eye for visuals and audience engagement.
• Skilled at building and nurturing engaged communities and sparking genuine conversations.
• Ability to interpret analytics and translate findings into concrete improvements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Drive CRM operations and organic social media presence across the Nordic region, with a focus on Finland.
• Set up and execute newsletter and CRM campaigns for Nordic markets in close collaboration with CRM team.
• Test all campaigns and automated journeys before go-live, checking content, links, and segmentation.
• Coordinate translations and market adaptations of CRM and social media content across Nordic languages.
• Plan, execute, and optimize organic social media activities across relevant platforms.
• Build meaningful partnerships with creators and influencers that align with ifolor.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce content that resonates and reflects each market’s voice.
• Drive and execute acquisition measures to grow reach across Nordic markets.
• Monitor, analyze, and report social media and influencer performance with actionable insights.
