Job summary

Dentsu Finland is seeking an experienced project manager and client lead to drive end-to-end client development across media, CX, and data-led capabilities. You will coordinate across dentsu practices to ensure timely delivery, high-quality execution, and strategic client guidance.

The role emphasizes growth opportunities, revenue development, and building trusted partnerships with clients while managing timelines, budgets, and scope in a hybrid Helsinki-based environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in media agency environments with a strong client orientation.
• Solid understanding of customer experience (CX) and data to drive decisions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional, cross-practice teams to deliver value-driven results.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client development initiatives across media, CX, and data-led capabilities.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and follow-up across dentsu practices to ensure value-driven outcomes.
• Manage client teams and internal capabilities to deliver on time, budget, and scope.
• Drive planning cadence and efficiency of client development activities from a project management perspective.
• Lead client communication and strategy guidance throughout engagements.
• Identify commercial and growth opportunities across media, CX, and data-led capabilities.
