Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst based in Finland. This senior analytical role focuses on improving marketing performance and enabling data-driven investment decisions across products, channels, and traffic sources.

You will shape the logic behind marketing budget allocation and contribute to AI-powered analytics initiatives within a distributed international team. You will develop Early LTV models, diagnostics frameworks, and support the unified BI layer with clear, actionable

Qualifications

• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis.
• Strong SQL skills to work with large datasets and validate data quality.
• Solid knowledge of statistics and experimentation design including backtesting methodologies.
• Understanding of performance marketing economics and key metrics (LTV, CAC/CPA, ROI/ROAS).
• Ability to translate analyses into actionable business rules and recommendations.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Excel.
• Experience with BI tools such as Superset, Tableau, or Power BI.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Experience with Python for data analysis is a strong advantage.
• Experience with forecasting, optimization, and budget allocation models is valued.

Responsibilities

• Design the logic, rules, and models to allocate marketing budgets across products and traffic sources.
• Develop and validate Early LTV metrics and models to support budget decisions.
• Build analytical frameworks for performance diagnostics and anomaly detection across products and channels.
• Contribute to AI-based analytics initiatives focused on root-cause detection and opportunities.
• Support the BI layer through metric definition and data validation.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable business rules and decisions.
