Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Ads & Funnel Specialist based in Finland to drive paid acquisition and funnel optimization. This hands-on, remote contractor role focuses on Meta/Google Ads, high-ticket funnels, conversion tracking, and SOP development for scalable marketing operations.

You will optimize campaigns, test creative concepts, and document processes to enable future team growth, with potential to expand into leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on paid advertising experience.
• Advanced practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience building high-ticket funnels for offers in the $1,500-$5,000+ range.
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel and CRM workflows.
• Strong understanding of paid media metrics and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, and UTM tracking.
• Professional English communication and ability to work 9:00 AM-2:00 PM CST.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, with potential future TikTok scope.
• Build high-ticket funnels in GoHighLevel (landing pages, checkout flows, follow-ups).
• Monitor lead journey and fix funnel or follow-up issues.
• Maintain accurate tracking with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, UTM.
• Create structured SOPs in Notion for ads, funnels, and processes.
• Provide weekly performance reports and data-driven insights.
• Support onboarding and training as the team grows.
