Job summary

Sensofusion is seeking a business-minded HR Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations. You will ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate records in a fast-growing global company.

The role requires 2–4 years of HR generalist experience, a Master’s or Bachelor’s in HR/Law/Business, and fluency in Finnish and English. You will work onsite at Sensofusion HQ in Finland and collaborate across functions to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Fluent use of AI tools.

• Soft Skills: Great communication in Finnish and English, well-organized and diligent, and absolute discretion with private data.
