Job summary

Sensofusion is seeking a business-minded HR Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations. You will ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate records in a fast-growing global company.

The role requires 2–4 years of HR generalist experience, a Master’s or Bachelor’s in HR/Law/Business, and fluency in Finnish and English. You will work onsite at Sensofusion HQ in Finland and collaborate across functions to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
• Proficient with HRIS and ATS, and comfortable using AI tools.
• Fluent in Finnish and English; discreet with private data.
