Job summary

Are you an organised and people-focused HR professional who enjoys working across a diverse and international environment? Join our Northern Europe HR team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience across multiple countries.

As an HR Generalist, you will support the full employee lifecycle across our Northern Europe market, covering Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark. Working closely with managers, employees, and HR colleagues, you will provide day-to-day HR support, coordinate key people processes, and contribute to regional HR initiatives and projects. This is a broad and hands-on HR role covering the full employee lifecycle, including HR administration, recruitment coordination, employee relations, HR systems, reporting, and regional HR projects. You will be a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, helping to ensure a great employee experience while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and service delivery.

This role can be based in Stockholm, Sweden, or Helsinki, Finland. Depending on the location, the successful candidate must be fluent in Swedish or Finnish, as well as English, both written and spoken. You'll be joining a friendly, collaborative and supportive Northern Europe HR team that values knowledge-sharing, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee data and employment-related documentation throughout the employee lifecycle
• Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate and compliant HR data
• Support HR communications across the region
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities
• Support performance management and annual HR processes
• Administer employee benefits, compensation reviews, and training requests
• Support employee relations and absence management
• Manage mover, leaver, resignation, and retirement processes
• Produce HR reports and analytics
• Support integration activities and HR projects across the Northern Europe market
• Coordinate rewards and recognition programmes across the region

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in an HR role
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle administration
• Experience working with HR systems and HR data
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in the local language (Swedish or Finnish, depending on location) and English, both written and spoken
• Proactive, service-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering a great employee experience
