As an HR Generalist, you will support the full employee lifecycle across our Northern Europe market, covering Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark. Working closely with managers, employees, and HR colleagues, you will provide day-to-day HR support, coordinate key people processes, and contribute to regional HR initiatives and projects. This is a broad and hands-on HR role covering the full employee lifecycle, including HR administration, recruitment coordination, employee relations, HR systems, reporting, and regional HR projects. You will be a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, helping to ensure a great employee experience while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and service delivery.
This role can be based in Stockholm, Sweden, or Helsinki, Finland. Depending on the location, the successful candidate must be fluent in Swedish or Finnish, as well as English, both written and spoken. You'll be joining a friendly, collaborative and supportive Northern Europe HR team that values knowledge-sharing, teamwork, and continuous improvement
