Job summary

NextPharma Technologies USA Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Tampere, Finland, to lead HR operations and partner with leaders across the business.

The role includes talent management, payroll coordination, and health coordination within a regulated, international contract manufacturing environment. We offer a hybrid work model with 1-2 remote days per week, lunch and wellbeing benefits, and opportunities to influence HR practices at the site level.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a broad hands-on HR Manager role.
• Master Degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of Finnish employment legislation.
• Understanding of payroll processes and HR systems.
• Experience supporting leaders and managing employee relations matters.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, service-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as one of the key HR contacts for the Tampere organization.
• Provide professional guidance and support across the employee lifecycle.
• Oversee HR operations, talent management, payroll administration, and health coordination.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
• Collaborate with employee representatives and site wellbeing team.
