Job summary

Kultakiertue Oy, a fast-growing Finnish leader in precious metals analytics, seeks a Senior Finance Analyst to build next-gen financial analytics and reporting for senior management and the Board. You will bridge finance, data, technology and business decisions, turning complex datasets into actionable insights.

You will work with SQL, Python and BI tools, delivering KPI development, forecasting, automation and AI-enabled analytics. The role is based in Helsinki with hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in financial or business analytics and core financial concepts such as revenue, margins, cash flow and forecasting.
• Fluent English is required.
• Hands-on technical capability across SQL, Python and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial and business reporting to support decision making for management and the Board.
• Create KPI development, forecasting, scenario analysis and automation across multiple systems.
• Combine financial and operational data from multiple sources and build analysis from source data.
• Develop how AI, automation and modern analytics tools are used in finance and management reporting.
