Job summary

Mehiläinen in Helsinki (Kamppi) seeks a Development Manager, Treasury to lead the development of treasury processes, systems, data capabilities and ways of working. You will coordinate with the Director of Treasury and M&A Integrations and drive a group-wide automation agenda in a hybrid setup.

You will develop forecasting models, automate payments and reconciliations, and own AI initiatives for treasury. Strong finance/treasury background and Power BI experience are advantages.

Qualifications

• A few years of work experience in finance or treasury.
• Higher education degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with process automation, RPA or AI in finance/treasury.
• Fluent English; Finnish/Swedish/German an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and streamline treasury processes internationally and standardize steps.
• Create and coordinate the treasury development roadmap with leadership.
• Implement automation solutions across the group using robotics and AI.
• Develop forecasting models and automate cash and working capital forecasts.
• Act as AI Product Owner for treasury initiatives and ensure data quality.
• Lead treasury system development and rollouts in acquisitions.
