Job summary

Futurice Oy is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our growing team of data and AI professionals. You’ll design and deploy production‑grade AI solutions, mentor colleagues, and help shape our AI strategy across industries in Helsinki and beyond.

You’ll work with Python, GenAI libraries and cloud platforms, collaborating with designers, developers and domain experts to deliver business value and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience.
• Strong Python and production code experience.
• Experience with modern ML libraries and GenAI tools.
• Fluent English; Finnish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy production‑grade AI and ML solutions.
• Collaborate in cross‑functional teams with designers, developers and domain experts.
• Contribute to client workshops and technical discovery sessions.
• Build, deploy and operate reliable production pipelines for AI solutions.
• Leverage cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
