Job summary

Compute Nordic seeks a Lead Electrical Engineer to shape electrical infrastructure for cutting-edge data centers. You will act as the technical authority for electrical systems in complex projects, coordinating with clients, partners, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams from concept to commissioning.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, and strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Experience in electrical engineering and critical infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems and power infrastructure is required.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary and international stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development and coordination of electrical systems for data center projects.
• Providing technical expertise for HV, MV, and LV power distribution solutions.
• Supporting UPS, backup power, energy storage, and utility connection solutions.
• Reviewing and approving technical documentation, designs, and engineering deliverables.
• Leading testing, commissioning, and factory acceptance activities.
• Acting as the primary technical point of contact for key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
