Job summary

Tieto Tech Consulting in Helsinki is seeking a Senior Solution Architect (Business Development) to grow our Data & Integration offerings, support sales and customer teams, and identify new business opportunities. You will bridge market needs, customer demands, sales, and delivery capabilities.

You will shape future services, value propositions, and customer solutions, including development, presales activities, and strategic engagements with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in offering and service development, solution architecture, technology, and solution consulting.
• Hands-on experience with data, AI, and integrations, as well as related market-relevant technologies and platforms.
• Ability to translate customer needs into solution concepts, delivery approaches, estimates, and implementation plans.
• Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated track record in creating new business opportunities or supporting sales growth.
• Strong understanding of market trends, customer buying behaviour, and value creation in data-driven business.
• Commercial mindset and ability to connect technology capabilities with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing presales: support account planning and business development; build trusted-advisor relationships; participate in meetings and workshops; identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Proposal and bid support: contribute to RFx processes as a Data & Integration solution expert; ensure coherent offering strategy and technical solutions.
• Offering Development and Portfolio Growth: develop Data & Integration offerings and assets; analyse market trends and customer demand; define value propositions and commercial models.
• Delivery consultancy: participate in customer engagements as Lead Solution Consultant or Solution Architect; provide architectural guidance and advisory support.
