Qualifications

• Senior full stack experience leading design, development and delivery of scalable web apps.
• Strong backend and frontend architecture skills and mentoring capability.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of complex web applications
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions
• Develop modern, responsive front-end interfaces
• Design and implement robust back-end services and APIs
• Own database design, performance tuning, and data integrity
• Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor team members
• Collaborate with Product, UX, DevOps, and QA teams
• Drive technical decisions and participate in solution design discussions
• Ensure high standards of security, reliability, and maintainability
