Job summary

Tieto is seeking a Senior Solution Architect (Business Development) in Data & Integration to shape future services, value propositions and customer solutions. You will bridge market needs, customer demands, sales and delivery capabilities, contributing to opportunities, presales, and strategic customer engagements.

You will combine technology expertise with market insight and commercial thinking to drive offering development and growth, collaborating with sales, delivery, and product teams

Qualifications

• Experience in offering and service development, solution architecture, technology, and solution consulting.
• Hands-on experience with data, AI, and integrations, as well as related market-relevant technologies and platforms.
• Ability to translate customer needs into solution concepts, delivery approaches, estimates, and implementation plans.
• Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated track record in creating new business opportunities or supporting sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Support customer and sales teams in account planning and business development.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with key stakeholders on the customer side.
• Participate in customer meetings, early-stage opportunity discussions, workshops, and proposal presentations.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the customer base.
• Define solution alternatives, architecture principles, implementation approaches, effort estimates, and delivery models with architects and delivery experts.
• Lead architectural guidance and advisory support in strategic customer initiatives when required.
