You will collaborate with customers to turn business needs into practical technology solutions, applying AI-driven development practices to accelerate delivery.

Join a role with potential for pre-sales, mentorship, and thought leadership while working in a flexible hybrid setup in Finland, including Helsinki and other locations.

Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise apps, APIs, and integrations with cloud-native tech.
• Translate business needs into practical architectural solutions.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture and modernization of complex landscapes.
• Knowledge of AI-driven SDLC/PDLC practices and best practices.
• Experience designing software architectures and hands-on programming.
• Exposure to public cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
• Strong communication in English and Finnish.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand goals, tech landscapes, and modernization opportunities.
• Design enterprise-grade solutions and target architectures for long-term transformation.
• Apply AI-driven approaches to accelerate delivery and produce AI solutions.
• Use AI-assisted reverse engineering to analyze legacy systems and modernize.
• Coordinate collaboration between business stakeholders, architects, and developers.
• Lead the development team by example and contribute to pre-sales & thought leadership.
