Job summary

SD Worx in Espoo, Finland seeks an experienced solutions seller to drive the Mid-Market & Enterprise sales in Finland. You will engage HR, CFO and business leaders, building long‑term partnerships by combining SaaS solutions, payroll outsourcing and advisory services.

You will lead multi‑stage sales, open new client relationships and influence future sales practices, with fluency in Finnish and English guiding customer work.

Qualifications

• Experience in solution selling in a B2B environment.
• Ability to lead longer and more complex sales processes.
• Experience with ERP, HR/HCM, payroll SaaS or outsourcing services is valued.
• Fluency in Finnish and English for customer work.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your own client portfolio in Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
• Identify customers’ business challenges and opportunities.
• Open new client relationships and build long‑term partnerships.
• Lead multi‑stage sales processes from first contact to agreement.
• Have discussions with HR, finance leadership and senior management.
• Build business‑case based proposals with our experts.
• Influence how sales, customer acquisition and development of customer relationships are done in the future.
