Senior Associate to Executive Search and Customer Engagement – Boyden Helsinki

Boyden is a leading global executive search and leadership advisory firm, partnering with family-owned businesses, private equity firms, listed companies and multinational organizations to identify and recruit exceptional leaders.

We are looking for an Executive Search Researcher to join our Helsinki team. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical, ambitious and intellectually curious professional interested in executive search, talent mapping and leadership advisory.

As a Researcher, you will play a key role in delivering executive search assignments through market mapping, candidate identification, industry research and project coordination. Working closely with experienced consultants, you will gain exposure to senior executive and board-level assignments across a broad range of industries.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree and is fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are detail-oriented, commercially minded and enjoy working with business topics, research and data. Previous experience in executive search, recruitment, research, consulting or another professional services environment is an advantage, but most importantly, you are eager to learn, able to manage multiple priorities and enjoy working in a collaborative, high-performing team.
