We are looking for an ambitious Senior Paid Search specialist who wants to scale complex client accounts, contribute strategically to new business, and build long-term client relationships through consistently strong results.

Lead strategic campaigns and deliver measurable impact

As a Senior Paid Search Specialist, you will take ownership of complex client initiatives, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. You will work closely with clients to scale performance, while also contributing strategically to new business initiatives and pitch processes.

Specifically, you can look forward to:

• Planning, setting up, and optimising Paid Search campaigns across clients and markets.
• Owning day-to-day optimisation and performance development of complex accounts.
• Managing budgets and proactively advising clients on insights, performance, and growth opportunities.
• Leading client meetings and acting as a trusted Paid Search advisor.
• Reporting on performance with a clear focus on business impact and decision‑making.
• Contributing strategically to new business initiatives, including pitches, audits, and solution design.

Meet your new team in Helsinki

You will be joining our Finnish Paid Search team of four specialists across all levels, from specialists to directors. Our team is a tight‑knit group that values open sparring and helping each other in solving complex client cases. While we have a strong local bond, you will also be part of a larger international community. Currently, we have 40+ Paid Search experts spread across 6 European markets, collaborating on award‑winning work and swapping insights with some of the best minds in the industry.

Located in our vibrant Kanavaranta waterfront office, you will join a diverse local team of 20 specialists across SEO, Paid Social, Programmatic, Cloud & Measurement and Digital Growth. We are a group that genuinely enjoys learning from one another, breaking down the silos to deliver best results.

A key aspect of your role will be to identify growth opportunities, drive performance in a fast‑paced environment and think innovatively. Therefore, we envision you as someone who is both ambitious and curious. You share our passion for digital marketing and have an interest and understanding of data and tech.

You can probably recognise the following about yourself:

• 3‑5 years of Paid Search experience from an agency or in‑house setting.
• Have experience with Excel/Sheets, and experience navigating platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and feed optimisation platforms (Data Feed Watch or Channable).
• Are a skilled communicator who thrives on engaging with clients both in person and digitally.
• Are a team player who understands the importance of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Focus on details to ensure your deliverables are precise and well‑executed.
• Have a data‑first mindset and find energy in experimenting and analysing performance.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
