An international, commercial role built around Nordic clients. Win business, advise boards, and run cross-Nordic mandates that reach across Europe.

The Consultant role looks slightly different from market to market, but the core is the same everywhere: you work closely with clients, you understand their business deeply, and you bring both analytical sharpness and genuine instinct to every assignment.

The Role

• Work directly with Nordic executive teams and boards on strategic and organisational challenges.


• Lead and contribute to assignments across executive search and leadership advisory, with a Nordic client base at the core.


• Run cross-Nordic mandates, with assignments that span Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and the Baltics, and follow Nordic clients into wider European markets when their needs require it.


• Build and develop long-term client relationships and actively grow your own portfolio across the region.


• Identify and convert new commercial opportunities, not just manage existing ones.


• Collaborate with experienced colleagues across the Nordics and the rest of Europe, sharing knowledge and leads across borders.


• Work with real autonomy, supported by a strong internal platform, shared tools, and cross-border marketing infrastructure.

What we are looking for

• You know the Nordic market and how leadership is bought and built here. You understand that selling professional services is a game of trust and you are good at building it, maintaining it, and converting it into long-term partnerships.


• A track record of originating business, not just delivering it, is essential.


• You are fluent across Nordic business cultures.


• Fluent in one or more Nordic languages alongside fluent English is a strong advantage.


• You are curious and intellectually sharp. You simplify complexity rather than adding to it. You prepare well, listen carefully, and bring genuine insight to every client conversation.


• You represent the whole firm, not just yourself.


• You are entrepreneurial. We want people who light up new ideas and follow them through, who share what they know, challenge how things are done, and contribute to building something bigger than their own desk.


• You are adaptable across cultures and contexts. Experience across multiple Nordic markets, or a cross-border mandate spanning three countries, is exactly the kind of background that thrives here.
