Job summary

Birn+Partners Finland seeks a Consultant for an international, commercial role. You will win business, advise boards, and run cross-border mandates across Europe, working with executive teams and boards on strategic challenges.

You will build and develop long-term client relationships, identify new commercial opportunities, and collaborate with colleagues across Europe, with autonomy supported by our internal platform and cross-border marketing infrastructure.

• Track record of originating business and building long-term partnerships.
• Curious and intellectually sharp; simplifies complexity and provides genuine client insight.
• Entrepreneurial; contributes to building something bigger than one’s own desk.
• Adaptable across cultures and markets; experience in multiple markets is a strong advantage.
