Job summary

Fazer is seeking a Senior Specialist, Analytics & AI to shape commercial analytics, reporting and AI-powered insights across Fazer markets. You will develop analytics solutions, dashboards and KPIs to drive sales performance and decision-making, collaborating with sales, controlling, ICT and data teams.

You will design AI use cases, improve forecasting and commercial effectiveness, and evaluate new analytics opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Finnish.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing reporting and analytics solutions.
• Experience in business intelligence, analytics development and data-driven decision-making.
• Relevant university degree in business or technical field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain commercial analytics solutions, data models, dashboards and KPIs to support sales performance management.
• Contribute to Fazer Group and GCO reporting solutions in Power BI, ensuring high-quality, user-friendly deliverables.
• Gather and prioritize business reporting needs across markets and drive governance and reporting standards.
