Futurice is seeking a Senior Consultant, Strategy & Renewal to drive AI-enabled transformation across Nordic retail clients. The role blends executive strategy, delivery leadership, and involvement in sales opportunities.

You will define target states, build operating models, and guide organizations from current state to ambitious futures. You will work from Helsinki or Tampere with a flexible hybrid setup and some travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of relevant experience in management consulting or in-house strategy/AI transformation.
• Experience influencing C-level stakeholders and leading workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic AI-enabled transformation initiatives for retail clients.
• Shape opportunities, contribute to sales, and mentor teams.
