Fazer Group and GCO seek a Senior Specialist, Analytics & AI to build commercial analytics, dashboards, and AI-powered insights that drive growth across Fazer markets. In this role, you will combine data, technology, and business understanding to help commercial teams make smarter decisions and unlock new opportunities through advanced analytics.
Your role consists of two focus areas: Commercial Data Modelling & Power BI Reporting and AI & Advanced Analytics Development.
Qualifications
- Two years hands-on experience in developing reporting and analytics solutions.
- Fluent English and Finnish language skills.
- Relevant university degree in business or technical field.
Responsibilities
- Develop commercial analytics solutions, data models, dashboards and KPIs.
- Support stakeholders across markets on gathering and prioritizing reporting needs.
- Drive improvements in reporting standards and governance.
- Design and develop AI, machine learning use cases and advanced analytics.
- Collaborate with sales, controlling, ICT, data teams and external partners.
