Job summary

F-Secure Corporation in Helsinki is seeking a Salesforce Developer to build and maintain our global Sales, Partner, Marketing, Services and Finance processes, focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud with AI-enabled capabilities.

You'll design and ship Apex, LWC and Flow solutions, integrate with HubSpot, the Enterprise Data Platform, Workday and more, while embracing AI coding agents daily to improve development and documentation in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' hands-on Salesforce development experience, focusing on Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
• Strong Apex and Lightning Web Component development skills.
• Good command of Salesforce data/sharing security model and declarative automation (Flows).
• Daily, fluent use of AI coding agents in development workflow with judicious use.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and deploy Sales Cloud solutions: Apex, LWCs, Aura and Flows.
• Service Cloud: Case management, Entitlements, Knowledge and KCS, Omni-Channel routing, Email-to-Case.
• Service Cloud Voice with Amazon Connect: queues and flows.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce APIs and integrations.
• Own and develop Salesforce development process: CI/CD via SFDX and GitHub.
• Maintain profiles and access following least-privilege principles.
• Support and develop AI capabilities with business.
• Use AI agents as default in development while reviewing output.
