F-Secure is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design and maintain a platform powering global sales, partner, marketing, services and finance processes. You will work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and AI-enabled tooling, integrating HubSpot, Workday, and billing systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
• Strong Apex and Lightning Web Component development skills.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data, sharing and security model and declarative automation (Flows).
• Fluent English in professional settings.
• Experience using AI coding agents in development workflows.

• Manage Service Cloud: Case management, Entitlements, Knowledge, Omni-Channel routing, Email-to-Case, chat/messaging.

• Develop and maintain Salesforce APIs and integrations.
• Own and improve Salesforce development processes: triggers, test classes, CI/CD with SFDX and GitHub.

We’re looking for a Salesforce Developer to build and maintain the the platform that runs F-Secure's global sales, partner, marketing, services and finance processes. Your main focus is in a Sales & Service Cloud, including Service Cloud Voice on Amazon Connect. You'll also help bring AI capabilities into the SF related processes, not just build the platform that houses it.

You’ll join F-Secure's Salesforce team working across a large org with real integration complexity — HubSpot, the Enterprise Data Platform, Workday, VIES, FX rates, and partner and billing systems all connect through it. AI-native development is the default way of working here — you'll use AI coding agents such as Claude Code daily for Apex and LWC development, with the judgement to know when to trust them and when not to.

Day to day, you'll work with business stakeholders across Sales, Partner, Finance and Customer Service, plus vendors and service providers on the integration side. You'll design and ship Apex, LWC and Flow solutions, follow F-Secure's development guidelines and code review process, and take your turn supporting incidents — including the pressure calls where you restore CRM service under time constraints. There's real room to grow into deeper technical Salesforce ownership and into the AI capabilities being built into the platform.
This role is based inHelsinki,Finland, with a hybrid working model. We hope you are able to join us for common team gatherings at our Helsinki HQ when needed.
Our estimated salary range for this role is5,000 – 6,000 EUR/month, based on your experience and skills.

What you'll do:

• Design, build, test and deploy Sales Cloud solutions: Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura and Flows
• Service Cloud: Case management, Entitlements, Knowledge and KCS, Omni-Channel routing, Email-to-Case and web chat / messaging
• Service Cloud Voice with Amazon Connect: queues, routing profiles, contact flows and the related Salesforce objects and automations
• Develop and maintain Salesforce APIs and integrations
• Own & develop F-Secure's Salesforce development process: trigger patterns, test classes, code review and CI/CD via SFDX and GitHub
• Maintain profiles, permission sets and access following least-privilege principles
• Support and develop AI capabilities (Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein) together with the business
• Use AI coding agents as your default way of developing, testing and documenting Apex and LWC, with critical review of their output

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 3 years' hands-on Salesforce development experience, with a focus on Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
• Strong Apex and Lightning Web Component development skills
• Good command of Salesforce's data, sharing and security model, and declarative automation (Flows)
• Daily, fluent use of AI coding agents in your development workflow, with the judgement to know when not to use them
• Full professional proficiency in English

Bonus points for:

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Administrator)
• Experience with Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs, Connected Apps and OAuth integration patterns
• Interest in building AI agent capabilities into the CRM (Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder)
