Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking a Retail Activation Manager in Helsinki, Finland to champion customer-centric activation and ensure our brands shine in the Finnish market. You will coordinate in-store activation between KAM, Reps, POSM & ChAM, including timings, POS and other materials needed, and develop material to support the reps in their sell-in journey – without creating new creative assets.

• Proven track record in Activation Excellence.
• Analytical with KPI tracking and data analysis.
• Collaborative across KAMs, Field teams, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Champion Activation Excellence: coordinate channel activation and in-store timings.
• Equip field sales with sell-in materials and train retailer partners.
• Size activations against benchmarks and align with retailer goals.
• Coordinate brand visibility and Go-to-Market package delivery.
• Monitor activation performance and ROI with KAMs and CGMs.
• Ensure seamless information flow between Marketing, Supply, and Commercial.
