Job summary

L’Oréal Luxe Finland seeks a field leader to drive commercial growth as the voice of the Luxury Division. You will manage and develop the Beauty Advisor network, aligning regional opportunities with store-level execution.

You’ll lead a team in-store, partner with retailers, and collaborate with sales and education teams to deliver impactful activations and events. Must be fluent in Finnish and English, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail supervision or a similar management role in luxury cosmetics.
• Operative, self-starting mindset with a strategic view of district management.
• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for business analysis and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Identify regional business opportunities and challenges to maximize sell-out performance.
• Lead and coach the field team, in-store to elevate performance and operations.
• Present brand initiatives to key retail partners to secure market share.
• Coordinate with sales and education teams to execute animations, BA events, and consumer roadshows.
