Job summary

L’Oréal Nordic Hub in Finland (Helsinki) is seeking a Commercial Lead for the L’Oréal Luxe division to act as the commercial voice in the field, managing and developing the Beauty Advisor network, optimizing operations and translating division strategies into localized retail growth.

You will lead a field team in-store, collaborate with sales and education teams for launches and events, and present brand initiatives to retailers to secure market share.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail supervision or a similar management role.
• Operative, self-starting mindset with strategic district management.
• Fluent communication in Finnish and English.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Core skills in In-Store Excellence, Retail/Trade Activation, Category Activation, Channel & Customer Activation, and Account Management.
• Fixed-term contract until mid-September 2027.

Responsibilities

• Commercial optimization to maximize sell-out and budget efficiency.
• Lead and coach field team in-store to elevate performance and operational excellence.
• Present brand and launch initiatives to key retail partners to secure market share.
• Collaborate with sales and education teams to run animations, BA events, and consumer roadshows.
