Job summary

SiTime, Espoo-based, seeks a Sr. MEMS process integration Engineer to design, characterize, and improve MEMS devices and advance SiTime’s MEMS products. The role emphasizes problem solving and collaboration across MEMS, circuits, systems and packaging teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, hands-on MEMS fabrication, and strong data analysis skills (JMP/Spotfire). PhD is a plus; remote work not indicated.

Qualifications

• MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent; PhD preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with MEMS/semiconductor fabrication.
• Experience designing, conducting and analyzing experiments.
• Experience with RF measurement is a plus.
• Experience with Statistical analysis and DOE software such as JMP or Spotfire.
• Experience with SPC and yield improvement.
• Minimum 5 years in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Excellent critical thinking and clear scientific communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate MEMS process flow based on requirements.
• Develop MEMS process and integrate to fab/foundry.
• Drive MEMS process yield improvements with MEMS Foundry.
• Plan experiments, analyze data, present results with recommendations.
• Analyze device physics and materials issues related to fabrication.
• Interface with vendors locally and overseas.
• Collaborate with Circuits, Systems and Packaging teams.
• Support company goals and projects as needed.
