Qualifications
- PhD required in a suitable field and published research record.
- Hands-on nano- and OLED fabrication, characterization and electronics experience essential.
- Good command of English (spoken and written). Finnish not required.
Responsibilities
- Design, fabricate and experimentally characterize OLED devices with nanoparticle arrays.
- Develop novel nanoparticle geometries for improved device performance.
- Collaborate with theorists to model structures and optimize emissions.
- Aim to commercialize results and enhance OLED efficiency and emission control.
