OX2 in Finland is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead technical activities across development, procurement and construction of renewable energy projects. You will coordinate engineering design, project economics and long-term performance while working with project managers, engineering specialists and external partners.

Based in Finland with travel, you will drive technical optimization, risk management, and compliance while guiding projects from concept to execution and ensuring

Qualificações

• Engineering degree (BSc/MSc or equivalent)
• Several years of experience in energy, infrastructure, construction, EPC or industrial projects
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams
• Strong understanding of renewable energy project development and delivery
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in complex project environments
• Excellent written and spoken English

Responsabilidades

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams including civil, grid, GIS and technology specialists
• Coordinate the design of complete energy systems, including generation assets, grid connection infrastructure, civil works and control systems
• Ensure alignment between technical design, project schedule, yield assumptions and CAPEX/OPEX estimates
• Drive technical optimisation and value engineering throughout project development
• Maintain clear ownership of technical deliverables and documentation
• Identify and manage technical risks and ensure health and safety considerations in engineering design
• Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle
