Job summary

Fortum Renewables is seeking an Operational Technology Manager to coordinate IT/OT requirements across wind, solar and battery energy storage projects, working with international teams, EPCs and suppliers.

You will guide the project lifecycle from development through construction, commissioning and handover, focusing on governance, standardisation and successful delivery while balancing diverse stakeholder needs. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

University degree in engineering, automation, IT or OT.
Experience coordinating IT/OT scope in energy or industrial projects.
Knowledge of ICS, SCADA, HMI and automation architectures.
Understanding of OT cybersecurity principles and networks.
Ability to translate requirements into executable project scope.

Responsibilities

Act as OT Project Manager for wind, solar and BESS projects.
Define and coordinate IT/OT scope during development and execution.
Ensure IT/OT requirements are included in Purchaser Requirements, technical appendices and supplier documentation.
Coordinate control-room, SCADA, communications, connectivity, business-application and system-integration planning.
Support procurement, technical evaluations, vendor clarifications and design reviews.
Participate in factory and site acceptance testing, the implementation planning and commissioning support.
