Qualifications

• Higher education and/or proven relevant professional experience.
• Experience in Technical Sales, Supply Chain Design, or Consultative/Strategic Solution Selling at executive level.
• Knowledge of electronic components industry and related supply chain practices.
• Problem solving and development of winning strategies.
• Fast learner with can-do attitude and excellent communication.
• Project management and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Build detailed knowledge of Arrow’s high-end supply chain solutions portfolio.
• Use consultative questioning to identify customer pain points and create bespoke solutions.
• Quantitatively and qualitatively support benefits statements and increase Arrow’s wallet share.
• Collaborate with sales teams using whitespace analysis to spot high-potential customers.
• Develop strategies to connect with influencers and decision-makers.
• Understand Arrow’s financial objectives to ensure solution designs meet thresholds.
• Maintain and hand off implemented supply chain solutions to Sales and Business Process Excellence teams.
