Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Experience with troubleshooting in IT environments for external customers.
• Familiarity with Microsoft tech stack (IIS, SQL Server, SharePoint, AD).
• English proficiency required; familiarity with Nordic languages is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist, troubleshoot and provide technical guidance to customers.
• Enter and maintain accurate service records in company systems.
• Track issues, bugs and feature requests with escalation teams.
• Collaborate with global colleagues for troubleshooting and projects.
• Interact with customers via on-site visits and remote support.
• Update Knowledge Base with technical guides and tips.
• Maintain professional knowledge and safety standards per guidelines.
• Occasionally participate in on-site IT system installations.
• Occasionally travel to customer sites for maintenance and troubleshooting.
