Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience from software development.
• Hands-on coding experience in recent years.
• Practical experience using AI tooling in software development.
• Master's degree in computer science, engineering or similar technology background.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the target architecture for customer service and agentic AI capabilities.
• Guide solution architects and engineering teams across service areas; participate in implementation.
• Ensure architecture decisions support security, compliance, scalability and business value.
• Partner with business, technology, risk, and data stakeholders.
