Job summary

Deel is seeking a Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market, to break into new accounts and build relationships across multiple contacts within target segments.

You will collaborate with the sales team, conduct market research to identify potential customers, and qualify leads by understanding onboarding approaches. Strong communication and self-motivation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales development, business development, or outbound role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across channels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
• Highly organized and self-motivated with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth through inbound/outbound prospecting and generate qualified leads.
• Contribute to Sales Playbook and Tech Stack development.
• Educate and develop leads via calls, emails, events, webinars, campaigns.
• Map lead generation processes and handoff to Account Executives.
• Create email sequences and perform cold-calls to penetrate accounts.
• Follow up to secure meetings.
