Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Finland invites an experienced Sales Manager to drive OEM and retrofit growth across Finland and the Baltic states. You will develop regional strategies, manage OEM relationships, and close retrofit opportunities with manufacturers, end users, and channel partners.

Fluent English and Finnish, B2B sales, and willingness to travel are essential. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international matrix and report to the Sales Director.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience with OEM customers and retrofit/ aftermarket exposure.
• Ability to identify opportunities, build pipelines and close contracts.
• Experience working in an international matrix organisation and across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategy for OEM and retrofit markets in Finland and Baltics.
• Grow revenue, margin, and order intake while expanding market share.
• Manage OEM relationships and win retrofit opportunities with end users, service partners and distributors.
• Lead negotiations within pricing and contractual guidelines and coordinate cross-functional support.
• Provide market intelligence and regular performance updates to Sales Director.
