MagiCAD Group is seeking a People & Culture Specialist to join our international team during an exciting growth phase. You will support HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, maintain accurate employee data, and assist managers and staff with daily HR matters.

You will handle recruitment, learning initiatives, internal communications, employee surveys, and group events, reporting to the People & Culture Director.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in HR, business administration or related field with several years of HR experience.
• Experience with HR systems and maintaining employee data; Sympa HRIS is a plus.
• Proactive, service-minded and collaborative approach to work.
• Professional English proficiency and ability to collaborate across an international team.

Responsabilités

• Support core People processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems; act as Sympa HRIS administrator.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and candidate communication.
• Administer the Vuolearning eLearning platform and track learning records.
• Coordinate internal communications and group content on SharePoint; support surveys.
• Assist with annual group-wide events and employee recognition processes.
