Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced leader to head the content production department at a fast-growing mobile games studio in Helsinki, Finland.

You will own the full visual content production cycle, coordinating with Product, Art, Design, Marketing, and external partners, while scaling processes and pipelines. The role requires fluent Russian and is remote-first with office visits; based in the EU.

Qualifications

• Fluent Russian (C1/B2); internal docs and comms run in Russian.
• EU-based candidate.
• Proven leadership of content/visual production at scale with multi-tier teams.
• Strong background in visual arts or art direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the content production department and own full visual content cycle.
• Coordinate with Product, Art, Design, Marketing, SMM, and other teams.
• Gather, process, and prioritize content requests from different teams.
• Estimate tasks by timeline, complexity, and resources.
• Allocate work between in-house, vendors, and freelancers.
• Set tasks, deadlines, quality, and output to meet requirements.
• Identify risks affecting timelines or quality and resolve them.
• Improve production processes and tools; optimize pipelines.
• Scale processes as volume grows.
• Define unified standards for producing different content types.
• Participate in developing new formats and collaborations with artists/brands.
• Organize content production for collaborations with external partners.
