Qualifications

• Proven experience as a technical lead in live, free-to-play mobile games.
• Strong C++ background across the full game development lifecycle.
• Skilled in profiling, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Experience with multi-platform development (iOS, Android; PC/Mac/Web a bonus).
• Comfortable with CI/CD, branching strategies, rollouts, and incident management.
• Strong communicator who works well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
