Job summary

Remedy Entertainment in Espoo, Finland, seeks a Senior Development Manager to drive delivery across distributed game teams, optimize production methods, and guide Development Managers under the direction of the Development Director.

You will coordinate with external studios, manage schedules and dependencies, influence budgets, and foster a collaborative, inclusive studio culture while mentoring colleagues and advancing best practices.

Qualifications

• Must have shipped at least one PC/console game.
• Strong project management with experience overseeing multiple crafts in game production.
• Experience with narrative and cinematics pipelines is valued.
• Experience with external partners, outsourcing, shoots and delivery follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable and drive the delivery of your teams and assigned key processes.
• Plan and deliver against project schedules, identify risks, and troubleshoot dependencies.
• Manage and prioritize tasks, and clearly communicate them to the teams.
• Coordinate work with external partners and manage dependencies with internal teams.
• Support budgeting processes for project needs and ensure budgets are tracked.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, leads and other producers.
• Optimize and improve work methods to drive team efficiency.
• Stay up to date with industry standards and mentor others accordingly.
