Zusammenfassung

Voodoo is seeking a Game Lead to own the game and team, defining direction, building the crew, and driving fast execution. For the first 6 months, focus will be on improving core gameplay, feel, pacing and player satisfaction before scaling the rest of the product.

You will build and lead a team of around 4, set goals, and monitor key metrics while collaborating across game design, UI/UX, art, tech and product decisions.

Qualifikationen

• 4 to 5+ years of experience in the gaming industry (Development, Product, Design, Art etc.).
• Mobile F2P market experience, ideally in design, with a track record of a successful mobile game.
• A passion for mobile games and strong understanding of core gameplay and player experience.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
• Strong leadership potential or previous team leadership experience.
• A data-driven approach to decision-making.
• The ability to move fast, test ideas, learn from results and iterate quickly.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to align different crafts around a clear direction.
