Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Service Contract Manager to drive renewal and growth of service contracts in Finland, Estonia, and Lithuania. You will coordinate delivery, ensure safety and financial health, and engage customers with strong communication.

This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, with travel >30% within the territory. Finnish and English fluency and a full driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in process automation.
• Minimum 3 years supporting a Services organization with contracts.
• Understanding Honeywell Process Automation or similar solutions is advantageous.
• Sales and negotiation skills for contract selling.
• Strong Excel skills with contract detail handling.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement—build trust with key contacts and discuss KPI delivery.
• Renewal & Growth—ensure contracts renew on time and capture PO with favorable terms.
• Operational Support—ensure safe, compliant delivery and accurate forecasting.
• Work Force Planning—SIOP labor planning aligned with backlog and field needs.
• Training & Development—support HPD rollout and new processes.
