Job summary

Are Oy is seeking an electrical project manager for our property services, offering a permanent full-time position in Finland. You will coordinate electrical annual maintenance, repairs and profitable modification projects, while managing procurement, phase, schedule and resources.

You will lead installers and ensure successful outcomes through strong supervision. We value practical electrical experience, independent planning, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Technical education, e.g. electrical engineer.
• At least a couple of years of work experience in similar positions.
• S1 or S2 electrical qualification or the requirements for acquiring them.
• Experience in building electrical systems (installation or work management).
• Experience in supervisory work.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating our customers' electrical annual maintenance, repairs and the profitable management of modification projects. You will be responsible for the management of designated projects, procurement, phase, schedule and resource planning, project forecasting and reporting as well as supervisory duties. You will act as an encouraging immediate supervisor for the installers and enable their success in your work through your leadership.

Our property services handle, among other things, the building services maintenance and upkeep tasks of shopping centers, hotels and office properties. Our responsibility is to ensure the technical functionality and energy efficiency of our customer properties, as well as pleasant conditions for end users.

We expect the following from the applicant:

• Technical education, e.g. electrical engineer
• At least a couple of years of work experience in similar positions
• S1 or S2 electrical qualification or the requirements for acquiring them
• Experience in building electrical systems (installation or work management)
