Job summary

Are Oy is seeking an electrical project manager for our property services, offering a permanent full-time position in Finland. You will coordinate electrical annual maintenance, repairs and profitable modification projects, while managing procurement, phase, schedule and resources.

You will lead installers and ensure successful outcomes through strong supervision. We value practical electrical experience, independent planning, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Technical education, e.g. electrical engineer.
• At least a couple of years of work experience in similar positions.
• S1 or S2 electrical qualification or the requirements for acquiring them.
• Experience in building electrical systems (installation or work management).
• Experience in supervisory work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customers' electrical annual maintenance and repairs.
• Manage designated projects, procurement, phase, schedule and resources.
• Oversee project forecasting and reporting; supervise installers.
• Lead and enable team success through effective supervision.
