Job summary

Are Oy is seeking a Systems Specialist for our special techniques in a permanent position. You will maintain electrical systems for a designated account and work with clients, designers, experts, and installers.

Your days will be varied, with interesting client sites and a strong emphasis on independent planning and execution. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of related experience, a vocational electrician qualification, and knowledge of building automation.

Qualifications

• Technical education suitable for the position (vocational qualification as an electrician).
• 3–5 years of work experience in similar roles.
• Understanding of building services processes and equipment.
• Knowledge of building automation equipment.
• Knowledge of 48 VDC power equipment and battery sets.
• Valid occupational safety card.
• Class B driver's license.

As a Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance of electrical systems for a designated account. You will work in cooperation with clients, designers, experts, installers, etc. Your workdays will be varied and the client sites interesting.

We expect the following from the applicant:

• Technical education suitable for the position (vocational qualification as an electrician)
• At least 3-5 years of work experience in similar roles
• Understanding of building services processes and equipment
• Knowledge of building automation equipment
• Proficiency in contract calculation is considered an advantage
• Knowledge of 48 VDC (power equipment and battery sets)
• Expertise in backup power technology is considered an advantage
• Thermal imaging and knowledge of live-line working are considered advantages
• Valid occupational safety card
• Class B driver's license
