Enexa Partners in Finland is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Lead to coordinate civil work packages on a hyperscale data centre project. You will manage a large project team and oversee subcontractors to deliver on schedule and quality.
The role requires a minimum of 7 years in Civil Engineering, strong scheduling and leadership skills, and a track record with large-scale projects. EU eligibility preferred; global travel may be involved.

They specialises in providing Turnkey Data Centre Solutions, providing services from Design, through to Construction across the full range of Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical Services as well as Commissioning.

Manage the Co-Ordination of the Civil Work Packages on this Hyperscale Project.
Manage a project team of 20+ including, Package Managers, Design Managers, Engineers and site supervisors.
Support your team in managing 10+ subcontractors with a combined package value in excess of €100m.
Oversee Contractor’s Design Elements of the project, ensuring design is carried out and relevant approvals in place ahead of construction on-site.
Ensure processes are followed by sub-contractors carrying out works under your supervision.
Management of Site Safety in conjunction with safety personnel (including set-up, management and close out).
Management of Site QA in conjunction the Projects team.
Management of Project Schedule in conjunction with Planner, Project Managers, Sub-Contractors and Consulting Engineers/Architects to ensure client requirements are adhered to.
Bachelor’s degree in Civils Engineering or similar preferred
At least 7 years of Civil Engineering industry experience.

Additional Benefits: You will be working on a 3-week rotational basis (17/4 Rotational Roster with flights covered. e.g Monday to Saturday for two weeks & then Monday to Wednesday) with additional benefits covering: all accommodation covered (solo accommodation/own apartment, fully furnished with all utility bills paid inc. Ideallyyou will have EU Passport / EU Eligibility to work in Finland and an excellent grasp of the English language.
