Job summary

Enexa Partners seeks a Civils, Structural and Architectural (CSA) Lead/Senior Manager to oversee all CSA elements of a hyperscale data centre project. You will manage a 50+ team and coordinate 20+ subcontractors with a €200m package value, ensuring timely design approvals and BIM compliance.

You will report to the Project Director and work on a full-time permanent basis, with extensive travel and a 3-week rotational roster across Europe. EU eligibility and strong English are preferred.

Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant construction or engineering subject.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Senior Project Manager role overseeing projects in excess of €50m.
• Delivery from concept to handover experience.
• Experience delivering Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA) elements in contracting environments.
• Excellent organisational, communication, people and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
• Data centre experience advantageous but not required.
• Experience delivering Large-Scale Construction Projects.
• Ability to build relationships with Clients, Consultants and Suppliers.
• Leadership skills: delegation, meetings, role model.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Contractor’s Design elements and ensure approvals before construction.
• Ensure BIM processes are followed by subcontractors.
• Manage, track and develop plans for project costs, budgets, labour and commissioning.
• Set up CSA activities with best practice meeting and reporting schedules.
• Engage with key stakeholders to ensure project performance.
• Monitor client satisfaction regarding cost, scope and timescales.
• Monitor health and safety and team culture and behaviours.
• Ensure quality targets are met and exceeded.

They specialises in providing turnkey data centre solutions, providing services from Design, through to Construction across the full range of Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical Services as well as Commissioning.

We are pleased to announce that our client are currently seeking a Civils, Structural and Architectural (CSA) Lead to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Civils, Structural and Architectural elements of the Hyperscale Project.
• Manage a project team of 50+ including, Discipline Leads, Package Managers, Design Managers, Engineers and Site Supervisors.
• Support your team in Managing 20+ Subcontractors with a combined package value in excess of €200m.
• Support your team in Managing Contractor’s Design elements of the Project, ensuring design is carried out and relevant approvals in place ahead of Construction On-Site.
• Ensure BIM processes are followed by sub-contractors carrying out works under your supervision.
• Manage, Track and Develop Plans for Project Costs, Budgets, Project Labour, Commissioning Procedures and Project Performance.
• Directing set up for the Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA) activities, making sure that best practice meeting and reporting documentation and schedules are implemented from the outset.
• Continuous engagement with Key Project Stakeholders such as Client and Design Teams to ensure Project performance.
• Overseeing ongoing Client Satisfaction with the project, especially in terms of Cost, Scope, and Timescales
• Proactively monitoring the project's Health & Safety processes as well as the team's culture and behaviours
• Monitor and ensure the Quality targets are achieved and exceeded on the project

Skills & Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant construction or engineering subject.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Senior Project Manager role overseeing projects in excess of €50m.
• Previous experience delivering projects from concept to handover.
• Previous experience in a similar role, delivering Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA) elements of a project within a contracting environment is essential.
• Excellent organisational, communication, people and time management skills
• Proficiency in the use of MS Word & Excel is required
• Data centre experience is advantageous but not necessary
• Experience in the delivery of Large-Scale Construction Projects is necessary
• The ability to build robust relationships with Clients, Consultants, and Suppliers
• A flair for multitasking, looking at the bigger picture, and providing excellent attention to detail
• A proactive, diligent, and forward-thinking approach
• First-class leadership skills - you should be able to delegate, prioritize workloads, run productive meetings and be a role model for others

You will be working on a 3-week rotational basis (17/4 Rotational Roster with flights covered. e.g Monday to Saturday for two weeks & then Monday to Wednesday) with additional benefits covering: all accommodation covered (solo accommodation/own apartment, fully furnished with all utility bills paid inc. Wi-Fi), all flight and travel expenses covered, an additional €250 weekly living allowance (net) paid directly into your bank on top of your salary, a mass of internal progression and opportunity and the ability to visit, see and work in some of the most attractive places across Europe.

Ideallyyou will have EU Passport / EU Eligibility to work in Finland and an excellent grasp of the English language.
