Job summary

ABB in Helsinki seeks a Production Development Manager to lead the production development portfolio within the Motion High Power division. You will steer planning, execution of development projects and investments, and drive automation across the footprint while prioritising safety and quality.

The role requires several years in production development or management, strong Lean experience, and the ability to work in a multinational matrix.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in production development or production management.
• Experience with frequency converters or power electronics production.
• Proven ability to implement Lean and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership, teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in English and Finnish.
